Our trips go beyond teen tours--travel should be more than merely sight seeing and bus rides.

We employ the most knowledgeable teen travel professionals in the industry--most of our trip leaders have lived in the host country and since we spend more time in our locations, most of our destinations include an expert native or near-native trip leader, often more than one. This provides a depth of experience that no other teen travel abroad company can match.

We offer the lowest counselor to participant ratios in the teen travel industry.

Our staff undergoes rigorous selection processes for experience with kids, experience in the host country, language proficiency and recommendations, as well as background checks and special certifications. All trip leaders must be seasoned TFT staff. We do not utilize first year employees to lead trips. The staff also undergoes annual training and are certified in First Aid and CPR.
